Mike initially completed a BSc in Kinesiology, focusing on active health and rehabilitation as well as a certificate in Personal Training. He later added a 20-month diploma in Massage Therapy before completing an MSc in Physiotherapy.

Mike is particularly interested in living an active and healthy lifestyle. His background in Kinesiology, Massage therapy, and nearly a decade of Personal Training experience allows Mike to best assist his clients with the advice and guidance needed to safely begin an exercise program or recover from injuries and get back into their regular routines.
