Kate is a fully qualified CORU registered physiotherapist and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. Kate completed her Prof MSc in Physiotherapy in University College Dublin where she was awarded a First Class Honours, and she attained her BSc in Sports Science and Health in Dublin City University.

Kate has an extensive background treating a wide variety of injuries with a special interest in sports injuries. Her experience as a gym coach has developed her skills in the design of individualised exercise programmes. Kate has a special interest in women's health physiotherapy and has completed numerous courses in this area. Kate believes that patients should be treated holistically with a combination of patient education, exercise prescription and manual therapy to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
