So we know that we should put more of an emphasis on working the Core Muscles but we might not know how to do this. Today’s post provides some exercises which specifically target the core muscles and might be of use to you in some of your training or workout plans.

The demands of daily life may not leave that much time or energy to focus on exercise. Despite all the magazine articles we read, “quick-fix” regimes, infomercials and information we sift through online, the only way to really get a “tighter tummy” is by expending more calories than we consume and exercising.
