I have recently had Joint Screening with Spectrum Health which is covered by my VHI Healthcare package. Alessandro was very thorough with this screening and subsequent to that I had three half hour sessions with him to help my stiff joints mobility. As follow up I had to continue with the daily exercises that were prescribed to help with joint mobility
into the future. I am delighted to say that the improvement (and lack of
pain) has been stark to my surprise and amazement.I am walking daily now pain free.
